Matthias Lehmann unternimmt diesen Selbstversuch im KLAGG Artspace, einem Überbleibsel der Parkeisenbahn im Großen Garten. Mit einer punktförmigen Lichtquelle bestückt, kurvt eine umfunktionierte Dampflock durch zersprengte Landschaften aus Papier und projiziert, aus der Perspektive des Lockführers, skurrile Schatten in die Umgebung. |

What happens when you dig out your model railroad again after many years, the one you nerdily fiddled with as a child?

Matthias Lehmann undertakes this self-experiment in the KLAGG Artspace, a remnant of the park railroad in the Great Garden. Equipped with a point-shaped light source, a converted steam engine curves through fragmented landscapes made of paper and projects whimsical shadows into the surroundings from the perspective of the conductor.
